A easy quick check to see if the blower motor is functioning is to flip thermostat control to blower. As opposed to heat or cool. Then if it isn't coming on, check fuse or breaker in panel. Could be the thermocouple, but I doubt it. Depending on the blower motor type and age, your ability to do voltage checks, accessibility to the motor & belt all are factors on persuing further diagnostics. Lastly call a heating air conditioning service.

Is this a central heat unit ?
or wall heater?
How old is the unit ?
What brand is the unit ?
Does the burner come on? if burner come on and stays on for awhile then shuts down, the heat switch or fan heat switch is probably bad.
