I'm with you. Some people will try to tell you that the Bible says you have to wait until marriage. Well, the Bible also says the earth is flat and that slavery is cool.
You don't have to wait to get married to have sex. If it's bad before the nuptials, it's not going to get any better after she's eaten some wedding cake. A test drive is a good thing. If it makes you feel any better, most women like sex and you shouldn't have any problem in that area. Find out for sure though. You don't want to get stuck with a lemon.

First of all, don't let the low sex drive thing scare you away from waiting. I am female and I will NOT have a problem in that area when I get married! It depends on the girl, just like it depends on the guy (and yes...there are guys out there who have low sex drives...shocker i know...) I am waiting and would like to marry a guy who has waited for me. I am religious but I think it also has a lot to do with me being a romantic. I want to have the thought that my husband waited his whole life for me. Plus, I think if I "test drove" a whole bunch of guys then for the rest of my life, even without realizing it, I would be judging the sex with him vs the sex with the other guys. Just a mental thing. Personally I believe it be best to wait, for the man and the woman. I just see it as something that should only be shared with one person.

First of all not all women are like that. I love sex and have been with my husband for 9 years. I think what the problem is, most men come home from work and there day ends there. A woman has to work, come home cook, clean and take care of the kids. It gets exhausting and by the end of the day they want to just sleep. Also those men that are married to woman that are not into sex are not satisfying those women to the ultimate. You need to satisfy and make sure the wife is having just as much fun as you. If the wife is satisfied then she will want it more. It starts outside of the bedroom. Men tend to forget all those special things they did when they first met their wife. They stop and then the wife doesn't feel so special. She starts to feel taken for granted. I think it is up to both partners to help around the house, satisfy one another sexually to the ultimate, and still do those special things throughout the marriage. Kissing, hugging, giving compliments to one another.

Believe it or not, there are just as many men NOT wanting sex as often as their wives! Leaving religion out of it, ask yourself this, is your future wife WORTH everything you have to give her including ALL of you? You could tell her that you loved her so much without even knowing her, that you waited to be just for her! If I ever had a guy tell me that, WOW! I would do anything in my power to make the marriage work.

The thought is that sex is something that is best shared between a man and a woman, and if you "jump the gun", you are getting the benefits without any of the commitment

The SAME reason women should wait until marriage to have sex. They have been saying that people should wait until marriage to have sex, yet it seems like nobody does anymore.

Who says you have to? Find a woman you are compatible with in all aspects, sex, companionship, beliefs, ideas, etc. This is the only way you have a fighting chance to succeed in a marriage. especially if religion is not an issue.

You don't have to wait if you really don't want to hopefully you'll find the right woman who loves sex as much as you do. Good Luck.

because it will prove that you love her, but since you dislike religous reasons (which are the best possible reasons for everything, im christian, i know), than love probobly doesnt matter much to you anyways. My husband and i waited 3 years before sex, waited until we were bibilically married (yes, theres a difference, if your christian, then the one you "know" *wink wink* and promise yourself to before the lord is the one your married to in gods eyes, adam and eve never had a ceremony or papers, thats proof enough for me) My hubby and i have sex constantly and we couldnt be happier, he can hardly take his hands off me, trust me, if you wait a long time, it will drive you mad for eachother, and if you love her at all, the sex will be amazing nomatter what.

men don't have to wait, and neither do women. it's a personal choice, and I don't think religion should prevent you from doing what you want. but that's my opinion.
and not all women hate sex....lol. maybe some men just don't know how to do it right
