Barkeepers friend is a good cleaner for removing rust from porcelain. You can buy it at Wal-Mart, or most grocery stores have it too. Its usually next to Comet, or Ajax.

There is a product like Vim that you can purchase to remove rust from your sink. Sorry I don't remember the name but perhaps you can call your hardware store or grocery store and they may help you. You could also try half a lemon and salt.

coca cola-cream of tartar-vinegar-salt-lemon juice-s.o.s-corn oil-20 mule team borax acid-just 2 name a few

I use vinegar to remove rust in small engine gas tanks,,,work great!!!
