I'm 27 and my husband and I conceived on the first try. We may have an unfair advantage, however, since I experience mittelschmerz, or ovulation pain. I am always 100% sure of when I'm ovulating because of that, and have never had to use an OPK. However, that doesn't mean we didn't just get lucky...your chances of conceiving in any given month are only 20-25% even if everything is in perfect working order. It's great to find out and keep track of your fertile days, though, and if you feel your ovulation strips aren't cutting it, definitely try a new brand, or even a different method. Make sure you're having intercourse every other day starting around the tenth day after the first day of your last period, and continue to do so for 7 to 10 days (research shows that couples who have sex every day do not have a drastically higher chance of conception). The thing that will help you most is to find out exactly when you're ovulating and adjust your baby-making schedule to hit that day. Good luck and baby dust to you!

I had been on the depo shot for nearly four years but when i stopped taking it i became pregnant 11 months later.
I was 21 when i got pregnant and had my son.
In those 11 months of trying i did not chart anything or use those OPK'S.
2 months is not that long. Give it a years time and if nothing has happened by then , you should see a doctor.

First time when I was 20, I got pregnant on my honeymoon. Wasn't trying, I was on birth control pills but was also taking antibiotics. My second one, I was 23 and I got pregnant my first month off the pill.
I have a cousin who was trying to conceive around 30 and tried for like 3 years than gave up and filled out adoption applications and then found out she was pregnant.
Just relax. It will happen. Good luck.

I think two months is not very long personally. If you try for nine to twelve months with no results, then I'd be concerned. Most doctors won't even refer you to a fertility specialist or do fertility checks until you've tried at least six months to a year.
Hang in there ... try not to stress, that can actually cause you NOT to get pregnant. Drink a glass of wine, plan some special time together NOT necessarily to have sex but just to relax. :)

each person is different. When I went off the pill it took me 5 months for my first 3 children. I got PG onthe pill with my fourth. (I was 23, 25, 30, 32 yrs at the age if their births) My sister in law has tried for 16 years and just got pg. Try not to stress to much because that will make it harder on your body but I would give it at least 6 months.

I am 25 and it took me about 14 months to get pregnant. I used the answer strips and they worked okay. They were also one of the cheaper brands.

you have only been trying 2 months, you need to have patience and give it time, its more likely to happen when you relax and dont let it become to big of a thing, dont obsess over it, for me it took 3 months and i am 22, but i obsessed over it for 2 months and i did a test everytime my period was a couple of days late and i was disapointed even though i had only began trying, then on that 3 rd month, i thought "nah i cant be pregnant" then my period was like 6 days late i did a test and it was positive. baby dust to you, just remember to have fun with all the extra sex.

It took me 2 months with my first one and I was 22. It took me a month with the second one and I was 24. The average is between 3 and 6 months, so relax and enjoy trying.

It took me one week. I was on depo-provera for two and a half years straight, and thought FOR SURE that I wouldn't conceive for a year +, but I conceived immediately....I do have one excellent conceiving tip for you though (and this is how I got pregnant so fast) After your partner ejaculates inside of you, don't let any come out of you, and have an orgasm by yourself. What this does is, it opens your cervix, lets the semen inside of it, then closes tightly back to its pre-orgasm state. This does work, and it works FAST so get ready mommy-to-be..Have patience, you will soon have a cute baby..Merry Christmas

My husband came home from Iraq in January and we were pregnant in July. I'm 22. There is no set amount of time that it takes to get pregnant. Some couples it takes longer than others, don't get discouraged. 2 months isn't long at all to be TTC. Good luck to you!
