The only one I am pretty sure of (and hasn't already been mentioned) is 9. That should be Yomiko Readman from Read or Die. And if it's not, she said something oftly similar to Nacy.

For most of the rest- I can come up with a few potential places where these could have been said, but nothing sticks out enough to make me possitive.
