Each of those businesses rely on one thing....a delivery truck..

Over the years I have been to many different stores where any given item that was expected to be delivered was not. With the severe weather and air\ground transportation all fouled up it is a minor miracle that more things did not go wrong.

It is much more noticeable nowadays, with the broad use of the "Just In Time" production and supply chain management philosophies.

I challenge any business to never run out of something that someone needs at a random time. Have patience grasshopper.

Be grateful for what you DO have...you will be happier that stressing about what someone does not have.

I do not believe the WaMu was completely out of all types of money. They may have been out of a specific denomination, like $50's or $100's. Please provide more clarity - fewer absolutes would be nice.

Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah (late), etc.

you should be a proprietor so you can make sure your store never runs out of anything. there's nothing the clerk can do. can you be a little more empathetic? maybe they had a busy day. or an unexpectedly busy day. you need to get one of those jobs and make a difference, fix the problems you see.
