I DO!. and you do NOT need to use another service (Mozilla or Firefox) if you're on IE. just click on 'tools', then select " manage add ons" select 'enable/disable add ons" find 'shockwave' and disable it.
Also for the particularly IRRITABLE people like me, one can call 1-800-GAPSTYLE and within 2 minutes, be speaking to a HUMAN BEING in their customer relations dept.
NO ONE there can explain why dumping jet fuel in the ocean is FUNNY OR how that helps sell clothing.
