I don't think you can put a name on who "invented" the condom. men have been using a "sheath" for centuries. I think it was made from sheep intestines and tied with string at the base.

condom man was like "i'm getting bored. someone have a balloon? i wanna try something." he was having a party and decided to decorate you see. and thus the condom was born.

well it came about because all of us horny people didn't want to make a baby every time we had sexy time. Not that hard of a idea though, wrap your meat, no babies
