For about 3 weeks my computer has been very slow when I play music or videos. Once every 2 weeks I do a defrag

when u down load,add/remove programs,installs it frags your hd i defrag sometimes 2 or 3 times a day (i dont like seeing any red)

Defrag is good, but not the only thing to speed up your PC. Check these out:

1. Set wallpaper and screensavers to blank or none — they run continuously in the background and use memory.
2. Review your start menu – remove anything you don’t need on a daily basis — load games, etc. on an as-needed basis.
