they Will go away with time or when you stop caring for him or you find something to occupy the emptiness he left you with

Well, you can take it from me that sometimes it takes a long time but time will heal your wounds and anyway you do not need to let it fester inside of you because then you are scarred for life and it will get harder for you to get back on the horse again. It must had been love for you or it would not have taken so long for you to recover. When you are completely healed , I believe you will find someone or someone will find you and hopefully it will turn into domething wonderful and then all the baggage can be a ghost of the past.

Try going to places where you have both been together - It makes you feel worse. I live close to one of my Ex's, and have to drive down that street to go to work. I usually try not to look at her old apartment when passing - even though I am sure she has moved. Guess you'll have to ride it out until you find someone new that will touch you so deeply... Merry Christmas and a Hug from me

When you find another guy and start to do things together the pain will begin to fade.
Then you can begin to seperate the good memories that you had w/ your ex from time to time and not feel bad.

It has been years for me. Sometimes it is hard and time does not help. I am still working on it.

I like following... and share with you..

Loving oneself is the key to finding a happy relationship... Expecting someone else to fill in the gaps usually results in great disappointments , a sense of failure.

You will eventually stop thinking so much about him. It's only human nature to feel a loss, even if the loss were for the better.

when you realize he wasn't the right person for you.
it's been a year! oh my, he has so moved on girl.
just take it slow and try not to look for someone like him cos no two people are thesame. there is always something better out there ! be optimistic!

They haven't gone away yet? There is no reason for that Roz. It isn't as difficult as it seems. A year is simply too long to make yourself miserable.

The best way to get over some one is to get under some one new. If you know what I mean.
