freshly killed or freshly cut? if its freshly killed, youll have to cut it up.. thatll be awhile.. if its cut, it depends on what cut it is and how you want to cook it... so, who knows? its the same as beef though..

if it is reindeer, i would cook it at 375 degrees for 4 hours. enjoy!

usually till you're finished,,...
a couple hours if you're just doing a quick meat
cut and haul ...good eatin ..peace out ...
