Assuming you're asking for twins, or even if you'd like to keep the already-chosen boy name for "next time" should this end up being a girl, I'd obviously avoid overly-similar Grace/Gracie or other -son names (since having two children clearly indicated as the "son of" different fathers is quite awkward, even if you don't put stock into the literal meanings). ;) Also, since Grayson is one of the common masculine crossovers -- along with Madison, Emerson, Avery, Aubrey, Jordan, etc. -- I'd personally stick with something obviously feminine for a girl, keeping Grayson solidly in the "male" category for a son (since something like Grayson and Avery could easily be assumed two of the same gender, whereas Grayson and Lily, for instance, are clearly brother and sister). ;) You might also avoid any other "color" names, since Grayson could easily be shortened to Gray (and a sib set of, say, Gray, Ruby and Jade might just seem odd LOL). Just a thought.

Perhaps a classic feminine option or even another surnamey (but still feminine) sort?

Grayson and ...

Lily (as mentioned)
Lila(h)
Charlotte
Dahlia
Lydia
Lorelei
Annabel
Stella
Nora(h)
Tess
Cecilia

Hadley, Harper and Piper might also appeal. Technically unisex surnames, but given their current popularity for girls (top 500 for Hadley and Harper, and 246 for Piper) and lack thereof for boys (only Harper even appears in the male top 1000, all the way down in the 950s), it seems these wouldn't be overly problematic even with a brother named Grayson. ;)

Hope those help!

Change the middle name... it's way to strange. There's nothing that goes with Nevad that I can think of. How about Grayson James or Grayson Michael?

A few pretty names I like for girls is: Ella Grace, Brooklyn Michelle, Brandi Rose, Kaydence Danyelle.

Are you sure you've decided on that? Well, it is your choice. People will probably pronounce that name Nee-vad by the way, as that is how it looks. Did you make that up? Have you thought of choosing a family name that is meaningful to you?

For a girl how about Grace Niamh (Neeve) or Grace Emily or something pretty like that.
