I would basically give my life so my son could live. I am 20 years old and I've seen the world my baby hasn't. As far as my boyfriend yes I would give him a kidney since I have two.

Depends how significant. The phrase "significant" is used very liberally these days, so that's kind of hard to correctly answer within such a broad context.

I love my boy-friend with all my heart.
I would give my organs, kidney, etc to him.
I would even lay my life down for him if I had to.

you cant tell,
some people lost their life's for someone they didn't meet before or apart of their families,
it depends on the situation it self, and how your feeling of the humanity is alive.
alot of people thought they will for their love, but when it becomes real,
nobody knows, what will happen!!
