I'm having trouble with these 2 I don't know which spelling to choose... What do u think?

Isabella or Isabel, but not Isabela or Isabelle.

Isabella. For some reason I feel the second spelling looks incomplete without the other "l".

I like Isabella, that is the more common spelling. This way it wont get mispelled all the time.

I think Isabella. It looks cuter, and by the way I love this name. I am thinking about naming my daughter Isabella Marie.I know its common, but I like it.

It would depend on which pronunciation you intend to use. Isabella is generally iz-a-BEL-a (though it is also used in Spanish-speaking communities), but the strictly-Spanish form Isabela is ALWAYS ees-ah-BEL-ah. Slight difference, but certainly an important one given the situation. ;)
