Looking for the Christmas cartoon where the children were in an orphanage and had toys that were mismatched and messed up, and I remember them making toys with different household items. Does anyone know what it is called?

i know this won't help but i remember it,
i think it had something to do kris kringle starting christmas present giving... am i right?
