WIth a mountain. And I mean a mountain. Of whipped cream. The whipped cream has to have mini pink marshmallows sticking out of its soft folds and dark chocolate shavings, FRESHLY SHAVED enveloping the twists of the cream. Then there has to be a Cadbury bar in the cream too. The chocolate has to be hot but not scalding. I like peppermint chocolate. Nothing beats my hot chocolate. If you're lucky, I'll make one for you ;)
