I have a boy friend that did something in the past that got my ex-baby daddy trying to take full custody of my son, and I went to get a lawyer and told my lawyer a lie saying he is not with me and my ex- baby daddy didn't have proof and he drop the charge. please tell me how to deal wit this.

you need to grow up and think about the best interest of the child. its not about you or the low life bf who did whatever to a defenseless child. once baby daddy finds out that you lied or are lying about bf you can kiss you baby bye bye because at that point you lied to the daddy, your lawyer and the court which is called LYING TO THE COURT my sweets. which will put you behind bars so either way it goes its a win win situation for the dad. because are being irresponsible for not putting your child welfare first and above all MEN. I don't know what happen in the past with this man. But if he did something to your child or you leave him alone and if your ex put somethimg out against him and it is serious enough for your child to be taken away from you definitly leave this man alone. Who's more important your child or a man. Think about this!If your Ex have some real concerns talk with him and figure them out. I know your in love but love isn't stronger than losing your own child!

He must have done something really bad. Since when does a mother put a boyfriend before her own child. That child didn't ask to be brought into this world. You owe that child everything and if you cannot give it then for godness sake give the child to his daddy, its obviously that he cares more for the child than you do.

um, maybe you should do the right thing and protect your kid from the new boyfriend that "did something in the past" don't lie to a lawyer or judge because then you WILL get your kid taken from you for sure when you're found out.

If it's something you had to lie to your lawyer about then it has to be pretty bad and you KNOW this person should not be around your child. YOU KNOW WHAT'S BEST FOR YOU AND YOURS !!

You need to put your baby first and get rid of this low life. If it was bad enough for you to lose custody of your son and you keep letting this man around him then you deserve to lose him.

What kind of a mother are you, please give fullcustody to your ex husband, at least he seems to care about the child.
