Well I didn't know you really needed to get "ready" or prepare for a woman or black president.....
But if you mean in terms of the racism issue and sexism - I think that a woman president is more likely based on these two reasons. I'm not saying it should or shouldn't be Hillary. I think if a woman is strong and does not have the stereotyped qualities of females they won't be perceived as that to the voters. (ie. Hillary is actually a good example of that, some people think shes tougher than half the guys running - again not a pro-Hillary statement, just an observation).

I think there is a lot racism still around, even if it somewhat subconscious. I'm not saying everyone is racist but it is still a problem. (But I agree that people thinking Obama is Muslim would probably be a bigger limiting factor than his race)

Yes and Yes!

Am I ready for a woman or African American President that's Democrat?

No and No! If I had to choose I would take the African American Democrat because I think THAT woman Democrat will ruin this country.

Yes to both. I just wish a different woman, and a different African American were in the race.

Yes and yes. However, neither of the 2 candidates that are in those categories are even marginally qualified.

Edit: If I could change my race or decided to change my sex, I could run as a Democrat. All I need to say is "I'm going to raise taxes" and "I'm going to implement these social programs which will be absolutely free." That is the political platform of Hillary and Obama. A couple of idiots with political platforms that appeal to uneducated parasites that are too lazy or stupid to contribute to the growth of our country.
