and buy into the whole Florida underwater in a decade, then why do they buy homes in Miami and all over coastal waters in Florida? Wouldn't it be a whole hypocrisy thing?

Actually I've heard many global warming alarmists say it will be so in a decade, twenty years, fifty years, now by 2100.

First, I would like to suggest that it is not called "Global Warming", but rather "Climate Change". It is well established that the earth has gone (and will continue) through drastic weather changes. For example, if you look at the map of the world, you will notice a country named Greenland. If you notice, it is near the north pole and is covered in ice. This fact, begs the question, "why is it named Greenland, if it is covered in ice?". The answer is simple, many, many years ago, Greenland was covered in lush greenery. Over the years, during a climate change, Greenland became covered in ice. Over the next 10 to 20 years, Greenland will once again be covered in lush green forests.

Now, there is no debate about whether climate change is real or not...the entire scientific community had agreed that it is a real factor. However, the debate lingers on whether we can do anything to slow it down, or, if we are doing anything to speed it up i.e. using fossil fuels, polluting the air, affecting the ozone, etc.

As for Florida being under water in a decade. That may be possible, but I would not say in a decade, maybe in two decades...possibly three. As for why do people still buy land there...simple...they can afford it and they may have flood insurance. Either way, the polar ice caps will continue to melt and we will have adverse weather changes in the coming century.

There's no doubt about the globe getting warmer, BUT it has been happening for at least 11K years. Man made global warming is a myth.

The problem with man made global warming is politicians know it is a big loser to stand up publicly and denounce it.
