W32.Myzor.FK@yf is NOT a real virus. That warning is fake. It is a scam to attempt to get you to purchase a rogue malware removal product. The balloon about "Your computer is infected" or "System Alert", is always false, phony and fradulant. The actual trojan that has caused your problem is no doubt one of the hundreds (now in the thousands)of varients of what is commonly called "Zlob".
You may have caught this infection by attempting to watch a video at some website. The site said you "needed" a codec or a phony Active-X control so then you downloaded it to watch the video. This was actually a ruse. A scam if you will. It was not a codec at all. (The video would have played fine without that "Codec")! What you actually downloaded was this "Zlob".
This trojan then "phoned home" and installed the phony popup saying "system alert" adware on your computer with out your knowledge.
Sorry dudette, but you may have been conned.
However your computer is indeed infected. This infection is called Smitfraud and it is what is giving you the phony scam virus warnings( and often redirect you to a site selling a bogus anti virus product), trying to sell you junk such as Pest Capture, Pest Trap, Virus Burst, Spyware Quake,Virus Heal and other non working anti virus apps.
Information and procedure sand a free removal tool for the removal of Smitfraud are here:
http://siri.urz.free.fr/Fix/SmitfraudFix_En.php
Most "All-Purpose" malware apps such as AVG, Norton, Spybot etc unforturnatly can not remove this vile pest called Smitfraud.
Good luck

Here are two free software programs that will fix your problem, or you can run direct from the servers of Trend Micro House Calls. The acitive "X", for Trend Micro is safe, and will not conflict with your existing antivirus. Here is the link. http://housecall65.trendmicro.com/
Safe to run with existing antiviurs software.
If you don't have one installed, you can only install one, running two will cause serious conflict with your system.
http://www.avast.com Download the free home for personal use. Or you can download the free Superantispyware version will find spyware & trojans without conflict with any existing antiviurs program. http://www.superantispyware.com

The information given by JibbarJibbar can't be improved on; however, another option if the smitfraudfix doesn't work for you is Roguefix:
Roguefix: http://www.internetinspiration.co.uk/roguefix.htm
And to pick up any other malware that may have gotten in, I would follow the smitfraudfix and/or the Roguefix with Superantispyware:
Superantispyware: http://www.superantispyware.com/
