Very interesting. I'll look at it more tomorrow. My mommy says it's my bed time too.
It's been mostly fun and I have received answers faster than looking into it myself (lazy). I came across some very interesting people here too. The best thing are the laughs I get from reading peoples answers and sometimes just reading the questions gets a good laugh too. So many funny people, so little time. When I first joined, I went through a phase where I had bags under my eyes from staying on-line too long reading answers. I'm mostly better now. (Mostly).

I'd be tickled pea green to answer the question if I could think of a single way Yahoo QA has influenced my life.

It's provided leads on research I was doing a time or two, and over in the Transportation - Cars - Aircraft section might be doing so now. It gets some smiles out of me, but I smile a lot anyway.

If it went away I wouldn't miss it, Yahoo QA, and if it doesn't I'll keep using it when I feel the need, or browsing it when I want a break from doing other things or need a laugh.

But mostly it just isn't a big deal one way or the other.

OMG I just read over 1000 answers !! I gave up because my eyes were starting to cross !!

I put in my 2cents worth, not that it will matter !!

did you notice that they were violating their own community guidelines by " chatting " and how many people asked questions in their answer - suppose this will get V for asking a question in an answer !! LOL if it does - should I report them for chatting --- haven't ever reported anyone before - might be really funny !!!

We wouldn't have known about the question if it hadn't been for your posting so thank you.
We took the opportunity to add our 2 pennyworth too. xx

I just did (thanks for the link). I think that basset is on to something here. With that many responses, how could you call that anything but chatting! Perhaps someone should report that ... just to see what happens.

. It has often kept me from being bored and has helped to take my mind off of some serious things I have going on right now. I need those little breaks now and then.
