... he *STILL* hasn't delivered my cream egg and I ordered it two days ago - can I take him to "Offpost" or "Trading Standards" or something and claim compensation for the trauma that he has caused me?

Sorry, but it isn't Santa's fault. If he had kept the matter "in house" then he may have accepted responsibility, but he sent your cream egg via an overnight courier service. If he had used a same day service it would have been collected and delivered by the driver in one operation. Instead your egg is lying around a warehouse somewhere until January.

Hmmm, you ordered two days ago and Santa delivers at Midnight on Dec. 25th. And it is here 10:21 PM Dec. 24th. You don't have a claim until Dec. 26th.

Well let me think---I was born in 1953--the Jolly Ole Saint always managed to get everything to me without GPS, computers, or anything!! I wrote a letter, addressed it to Santa--North Pole and I lived in a rural area--sometimes the mailman couldn't get down our road if it was to snowy-but Santa always got my letter soooo- I'm thinking if you've been good you're gonna get your cream egg!

Hahaha, yes.

He should also Low-Jack all the gifts in case they fall out of the sleigh.

And we should e-mail in our Christmas lists.
