Someone who is brave, bold, strong and has no trouble speaking to large audiences. Someone with a sense of humor, very witty, and has a good charming quality too. Like a good strong, leader does. Some who deals with the public on a regular basis. Someone who is NOT afraid of controversy when it comes. You cant be a frontman and run and hide when trouble comes. You have be strong enough to stand against people, even when people they throw bottles, food, criticisms, insults, things at you in your shows. I used to be former drum roadie many years ago so I saw this alot in the gigs I was helping out in. Thats what bouncers are for...to "86" all the troublemakers!

The classic term "to 86 someone" - Means to throw them out of the club or ban them from the club permanently. Good luck

Positive, upbeat, friendly and outgoing. Must have a go getter attitude with enough finesse to handle any situation without being offensive or loosing his/her cool.
