Uhhh it is possible, I was raised Fundamentalist Christian so it was a blend of Christianity and Judaism, as long as the focus is the Old Testament and not the New there is no conflict. I also was raised observing some of the festivals and traditions that came from the Old Testament. There is a reason the term Judeo-Christian exists in historical jargon, and that's because the two are very similar at the root.

Never say never. Someone could live in a household where one parent is Jewish and the other is Christian.

There's no rule that says you have to follow a set religion, you could have been raised in a mixed household and decide to observe parts of both religion.

For instance you could decide not to eat pork, but celebrate Jesus' birth.

If a person is a "Jew for Christ"
I've often wondered how a Jew(Religion) can be a race.
Weren't Jews Semitic in the time of Jesus and like the Palestinian of today?

You can't. Your either one or the other. In a sense by accepting both your disowning both. You can celebrate both though, just not in the religious way.

both believe in the god of the old testament. BUT Jews don't believe in Christ being the Messiah... they rejected that, Christians believed he was, that he was their saviour.

Jews can't believe in Jesus because then they'd be saying that their own people killed the son of God. And Jews take great pride in their religion, so being known as "God killers" is like completely in contradiction to everything they are.

If your mother is Jewish, then you're Jewish. That's how it works. If your dad is Christian and I dunno, you go to church with him, you can be Christian too. So Christian by choice, with a Jewish mother and you can be both, sorta.
