are you KIDDING me? let me ask YOU a question. are CHRISTMAS trees used for any other holidays? no! and santa should not be skinny! i love fat people!
but seriously, HOLIDAY TREE? are you ****ing kidding me?
that's like calling a menorah a holiday candle holder!
so, have a MERRY CHRISTMAS with your CHRISTMAS tree, and i hope FAT santa brings you lots of presents and looks you straight in the face and says HOHOHO!
omg. you people disgust me.
MERRY CHRISTMAS! =)

I don't put up a tree for any other holiday, but I do for Dec. 25 therefore it is a Christmas tree.
Santa has always said ho ho ho and should continue to do so forevermore! And a skinny Santa just doesn't look right. He already gave up his pipe, leave him alone!

I think it's just fine as Christmas tree.
And I say, hey, Santa owned the phrase "ho ho ho" first, so he and Hostess chocolate Ho Hos should be paid every time everyone else tries to take over the word(s).

Why should history or even stories change for the modern times. That is why they are part of history. No the christmas tree should not be called a holiday tree. If you don't understand the tradition then why attack it?

No, keep Christmas the way it is, fat Santa, Christmas trees are Christmas trees, no rewording of Christmas songs, say Merry Christmas to people you see.

i think of this controversy is the biggest farce i've got ever heard in my existence. no you may desire to be offended by the two "Merry Christmas" or "satisfied holiday journeys." If somebody needs you a Merry Christmas, then for sure it is the holiday they have fun as we talk of year and are in fact wishing to your day to be as extraordinary as theirs. And if somebody says "satisfied holiday journeys" then they're observant that there are various celebrations as we talk of year - Christmas, Hannukah, New year's, Kwanza - and are offering ultimate needs for the numerous celebrations that ensue as we talk of year. in my view, I basically prefer to think of of this as a season of worrying and sharing, yet with everybody taking offense at regardless of holiday greeting one chooses to apply, it rather isn't any longer uncomplicated to make certain it that way.

no way. it's all part of tradition. sure, maybe no one knows why Santa says "ho ho ho" but, like i said, it's all part of our tradition.
