I don't know what game you are talking about, but I think that it might be Grand Theft Auto San Andreas.
Edit: I think that the game that you are talking about is an internet based game/downloadable game, but I really don't see games like that a big deal because they aren't mainstream. The kids that play those games probably don't even know of any racial stereotypes or what the game even means, they are just kids.
Kids that grow up to be racist become racist because their parents tought them to be that way. A video game doesn't make anyone a racist. A parent has much more influence than a game.

i seen something bout on news bout violence in vid games an kids seeing people shoot guns on them they go an do that if your kid is that stupid to do something like that he has issues lol its a game...... a GAME
