I'm actually seventeen but people always think I look younger.
Any advice?

That alone should make you look older anyways, right?

wear less makeup. You look like a 12 year old who got into mommy's makeup. No offense. Don't worry about it. I'm 13, and people have thought I was 10 or under!!! Wear only a bit of makeup and (sad and stereotypical though it is) emphasize your breasts. My friend (14) is my height (the size of an average 8-11 year old) and one person thought she was eight, but she has very big breasts (sorry) and hey knew they were mistaken. A sad but true fact.If you hadn't told me I would've guessed 12-14. Hope I helped, though!

you do look like you are about 14. I was like you too. When I was 16, I could get away with children's price tickets for shows etc.
I feel it's always better to look younger rather than older!
But if you really want to look your age or older, try the following suggestions.
Tie your hair up in a bun - always adds years and sophistication.
Wear matte makeup in berry/darker shades. Pinks and corals make you look younger.
Wear tailored/fitted pants. Again dressing like someone in their 20's will make you look older.
Finally hang out with people your age or older. You will tend to look older by association.
See if these suggestions work for you. If it doesn't just be happy with how you look!

yeah, you do look young. about 13. But that's not a bad thing!!!
I'm the same way and I used to hate it but now I love it! Just think, when you're 30, people will think you're like 26. You have quite a bit of makeup in that picture and you still look like a 13-year-old with lots of makeup, so i don't think makeup will make you look older. you can dress in a more sophisticated fashion (although at your age, more sophisticated would be like mid-late 20's - like classic attire). And act mature. people will think you are older if you act mature, even though you look young.

Yeah you look pretty young, like 13.
It's not exactly a bad thing though, don't worry!
To look older you could try some more grown up clothes and maybe try a new hairstyle with layers and a side fringe. Oh and ditch the lipstick! :P

you look younger than 17, but enjoy it while it lasts.
i always looked way younger than i actually was too (at 22 i was carded to see a rated R movie). anyway, you'll appreciate it when you're 30 or so.
just don't cake on the make-up. you actually look like a little girl trying to look older by putting on tons of make up. keep it natural looking and you'll look older.

You look 12 or 13. You're wearing wayyyyyyy too much makeup. Tone down the makeup and style your hair differently.
