I am not sure I understand what you are saying. If you are saying that your browser comes up but not your home page then try this. Click "Tools", "Options" type in the address of your home page. Click "OK". If your home page comes up follow the same steps but below where you typed your home page address click on use current.
Some browsers have a drop down on the "Tools" "Options" page that says "use my home page". You can also use that.

mmm...any number of issues could be it's source. Get a virus protection program (AVG free is good)
Try another browser (i.e. firefox, maxthon)
If neither of these works, you might want to bring it to bust buy or something.
