I see a poor person on the street, I feel incredibly sorry for the poor soul... so I go the a man next to me and steal from his wallet... then I give the contents of the wallet to the poor man.
Am I charitable, moral, justified?

First, you are not charitable, because you are not giving your own money. You are not moral, because you are stealing from another person. And I have to say you are not justified because I do believe in the whole "two wrongs don't make a right" quote.

I would "label" you well-intended but flawed.

Why is this in the "Elections" section. Post it in Law & Ethics where it belongs.
