No, of course not. Great idea, though! That might be some engineering mule that escaped from the factory, I guess. More likely it's just been modified.

The ad kind of hints that drive train was from a 78 Dodge pickup.

No that has to be a '78 truck engine, they were the same displacement but no turbo. Chrysler didn't start using any foreign engines in cars and small trucks until around '78 with the Volkswagen engine in the Horizons and Omni and the truck.
