Mike Tirico, Ron Jaworski and Tony Kornheiser are horrible! What announcers do you wish ESPN would hire to replace these windbags?

Britney Spears and Paris Hilton. Perfect for the hollywood sport that the crappy NFL has become.

They should somehow get Mike Wilbon in there with Kornheiser. Those two guys work great together. When theyre apart, ol Kornhiesers game really suffers. I think Tirico is decent, but Jaws is a little too over the head of most people watching, always talking about mechanics and schemes and stuff like that, stuff nobody really gets unless they study alot of film like he does.

They should get Berman in that booth, not just the studio. Steve Young also isnt that bad.

For starters, ESPN should bring back Joe Theisman. He was much better than Jaworski, but the network didn't like his candid honesty.

For the Play by Play, I would like to see them somehow or other get Dick Engberg away from CBS. In my opinion, he is the best in the business.

For the other color analyist, I would want Chris Speilman! He doesn't talk like a jock, and has great insights into the game.

Paul McGuire is pretty funny. The three who do it now are terrible I agree. On Sunday night Al Michaels is ok, but John Madden sucks. He makes the dumbest comments ever. The one I can't forget about is when he showed the top win percentage coaches in history. His question to follow was, "Do you know what all those teams had in common? They all had great players!!" No kidding, really you don't say I would have never of guessed that. I always thought good teams had bad players.

First, I would give the trio contracts and not have them work all that nonsense during the week, which is simply overexposure. Make the team something for fans to look forward to and not simply be the senseless talking-heads that ESPN is an expert of throwing onto the air:

play-by-play -- Brad Sham (currently on KDBN-FM/KTCK-AM, Cowboys flagship stations)
analyst - Mercury Morris
personality -- Steve Czaben (take-no-prisoner's FOX Sports Radio morning drive talker....let him call it the way he see's it)

Ron Jaworski knows his football. The other 2 are complete morons especially 'Kornhole'.

I'm thinking Jim Rome, I know that's odd, but I think he has good insight and knows how to entertain an audience.

Dick Butkus (a former Chicago Bear), or perhaps, Doug Flutie.

But Dan Marino or Terry Bradshaw would be much better. Terry Bradshaw knows a lot of football than the others. So Terry would be the best.

move Berman and Young from Monday night countdown and move them up into the booth.

and for the funny guy bringing in laughs and charisma to the set i would love for them to bring back Michael Irvin or if not Woody Paige from Around the Horn.

How about John Madden. Pat Summerall would be nice too.
