I have been losing weight steadily for a couple of years. I went from 368 and now I weigh 162. I did it all on my own without the help of any of those crazy diets or diet pills.
I am a cancer survivor and gained a lot of weight because I was eating to comfort myself instead of reaching out to others.
I'm fighting it now. I'm within 35 pounds of my goal.
BUT.....the holidays are the holidays. I won't overdo, but I won't starve myself to the point of stupidity. I haven't had to starve myself yet and I won't do it now.
I'll eat, but I've also learned that there is a limit to everything. If I want something special, I have to leave something else behind.
I'll never be waif, or a skinny minny....but I will be healthy!!
DIETING IS DEFINITELY OUT OF THE QUESTION FOR THE HOLIDAY SEASON......SENSIBILITY SHOULD REPLACE ALL DIETS!!!!

I've been on a diet for the last 6 months and have lost 35 pounds the slow way. While I have fallen off the wagon a bit I will soon hop back on and continue the healthy routine I set for myself. (with the help of my personal nutritionist).

Most likely. I mean i took some diet pills tonight- called EXTREME LEAN- well i ate , cuz i eventually got hungry, and needless to say my stomach is yucky feeling. I just could not eat much. I really took them for a little energy. Try and get outdoors and walk or get some exercise. Its really hard not to eat sweets and food. Just try in moderation, you will feel a lot better.

I am a lactose intolerant vegetarian, so I eat a vegan diet. But, I have still found a way to eat too much and even too many vegan sweets, so I am keeping the tradition alive!
