I can't imagine that the stains were semen, since semen is mostly colorless when it dries and at best leaves a light yellowish stain on white materials like sheets and cotton shorts. And it wouldn't bleed through to the outside in any case. Probably something else altogether, maybe something for jock itch, etc. Your brother undoubtedly masturbates regularly, just like you probably do, but not likely inside compression shorts. Masturbating doesn't make either of you gay and doesn't cause any germs or viruses to materialize out of thin air. You have to have direct contact with someone who already has a virus or germ in order to catch it, not just from wearing their clothes. Should you tell your brother that you borrowed his stuff without asking? Sure, right after you have the courtesy to wash them for him, and then be sure to apologize.

he probably does c.um in them but he has probably c.ummed in other things to. whatever is around to c.um in. look in his blankets, it will be there too.
i dont think it makes him gay, but it is fine if he is gay.
