I have all the stuff to install but have no idea how to put it on. Does anyone know? Thanks!

Drop by your Honda or Acura dealer and ask to look at another Honda Civic to see how attached. It's easier to see for yourself rather then explain as this appears to be the first time that you have ever attempted to install a front tag holder on any type of vehicle.

I just reused the old holders of my 2008 Honda Civic about a day ago. I think that's what I was supposed to do rather than discard them.

The new license plates I fit into them carefully, they needed to be inserted into, not just pressed against the holders. Look the license plates and the holders over carefully. Don't break anything by forcing but take your time and bring them indoors to sit down and work it out. If it gets too tedious or you think you might get cut trying, then maybe have a mechanic or someone at the dealership do it for you.

The only problem I had was that one of the front license plate screws stop tightening and just went in circles, if you know what I mean. But I think it's good enough.
