The meaning of life is a primal instict. It is to survive.

Man does all three. The funny thing is the truth has already been told but man does not believe it. So instead he will pay someone else to tell them what he perceives is the true information he needs.

Good question for a Christmas Eve when the greatest gift given to mankind was given freely and at no charge..

Me I'd share it at a charge and not feel guilty about being enterprising about it. That's fighting fire with fire.

I know you are new to Answers, and I welcome you. I have been on for about 3 or 4 months now. If I had that kind of information, I would certainly share it! I know I will never know the full meaning, although I hopefully add small fragments of that answer every day. If you don't mind, could I add you as a contact? Thank you, and I look forward to more of your questions in the future. If you ever want to chat about any deep subjects, I would love to. Just IM or email me. Thanks.

Well, I have Christ in my life. And when you are blessed with the Lord, you will know and feel that he has a plan and purpose for you. You will know that you were not created by accident and that there really is a meaning to your life. And that is one of the most powerful messages you can receive. God only knows his individual purpose for you. You may find out one day when God has blessed you with the knowledge. Usually you are giving and not receiving. You may even spend eternity in heaven finding out. God does say he want you to spread the Gospel and honor him. Pick up a Bible, its the only true word. But until you find out, you may have to live your life trusting in the him...

Some people know and share the meaning of life everyday.
They would never think of charging anyone for their kindness.
The meaning of life is to share, to give freely of yourself, to help others, to respect the whole world and all it's inhabitants.
That's why people love their children. It's easy to give to them because we see ourselves in them.
At Christmas time we say "it's better to give than receive."
In times of crises we honor heroes and praise unselfish people. It's all the other times that people tend to forget.
Deep down we all know the meaning of life.
Sometimes it's just hard to live up to the standard.

The meaning of life is free. It is found in the Bible.

The Gideons is an organization that gives out bibles for free. You can download a free copy from Project Gutenberg as a text file. You can download an MP3 version too:

I have found that there is no meaning to life and would share it gladly with anyone for free.
All 'keepers of the answer', gurus and sages are promising an answer for some form of payment. It may not be money but it is some form of gratification or allegiance for the keeper.

The answer is in you. It is LIFE and I'm not talking about any religious icon.

I know the meanings of life and give it freely. I would of course appreciate a shot or a hit from a blunt before telling as I enjoy telling it in those states of mind. It isn't neccesary though.
