I swear when I come on here all I see is little teenagers asking dumb questions if they are pregnant. Am I the only person who thinks their parents need to buy them a chastity belt?

The reason why this is bad is because the world can't support so many humans, there is a threshold and if children are born to teenagers likely chance they are going to end up in a gang or be just like their ignorant teen parents. Its biology people teenagers do not understand this and dont consider that having sex at young ages is bad for everyone. Its not only bad for the ''environment" but its more welfare higher taxes. Yes children got pregnant when they were younger hundreds or years ago and whatnot but the culture was way different then! We evolved and changed our norms. The population at that time was low anyway!

Ps to teen mothers dont ***** at me your fault, you think its not anyone's business, your not educated enough to understand how it effects everyone humans have no predators or control that balances our population thats where epidemics come in, limited resources and it takes a total on the environment and society so your thoughts are basically "its my life i do what i want" isn't a good come back for your choices and trying to dismiss the point im getting across (well your reasons aren't very um "intelligent") congrats to the teen mothers who do understand this population but only made the mistake once before they were truely ready to have kids, I have no problem with you. Its the idiotic teenagers that don't know their **** and open their dumb *** mouth gets me pissed off, trying to combat with the biological and economical effects of population with "it doesn't concern you" makes me think they need a bit more schooling. I think teenagers need to take more biology to understand ecology

There are too many teenagers who are way too stupid to have sex anyway yet they did and they get scared that they are pregnant. These are the same types who would ask questions lik e" Do I get pregnant when I French Kiss?"
Blame it on the society for allowing these situations to arise, blame it on governments for not taking care of children who get pregnant even before they are 13. Blame the parents for not minding their little ones because they are far too busy working for more money.Blame it on the media for showing too much of sex as a cool thing to do.
Better yet stop blaming and ACT right now-collectively inform young kids to do the right thing. Ask your teachers for help so you will be allowed to do briefings with the help of Psychologists or experts to explain well the realities around them.
Don't wait for the next teenager with a gun to kill a lot of people! Don't wait for the next naive girl to add more problems to our growing population!~

There always has been. Even in EARLY history. Just because it's in the media more now does not mean there is a lot more than when your grandma/great grandma was born and even before then.

I'm 21 with 3 kids, I had my first at 13, what's that matter to you? You are not the one raising my children. I pay for everything for them on my own and also pay for my own college education and so on. That's MY business, not business for everyone else to sit around talking about. Accidents happen and there are also those that plan their children at a young age because they are ready. People grow up at different ages. Their children and other family members is their business.

Yes there are way too many....Of all the years they have been making birth control you would think everyone that is having sex would use it.
I get sick of seeing people "claiming" birth control failed them cause i son't buy that. If you take it correctly it works but if your going to skip pills, be late for your shot then cry "i got pregnant on birth control' well then that is your fault.
I use the pull out method and i have not gotten pregnant and the failure rate for that is 85% so i don't buy their stories. I have been using that method for over 6 years and i only have one child whom was planned.

There do seem to be a lot of teen pregnancies. Do not stereotype them and say that the kids born to teenagers will be in gangs or ignorant like their parents. There are plenty of teen parents that make something of themselves and over come their obstacles. Do you want to be called ignorant when you make a bad decision?

I'm Chris Hanson. Just how many pregnant teens do you know? Sit down over here. Don't leave sit right here. Did you bring a chastity belt with you? Take your hands out of your pockets and sit down. Would you like some sweet tea? Now why did you post this about teens?

Really, I agree, chastity belts for all! Just kidding! We could try actually parenting our children; teaching them right from wrong, setting a good example, teaching them about the potential dangers of having sex before there ready, etc.... It seems some parents shouldn't be parents.

Know what's even more annoying than little teenyboppers posting "oh em gee am I pregnateeee? =0" questions?

Overly self-righteous people posting rhetorical questions about those questions. If you want to ***** about a societal issue, then get a blog. Yahoo! Answers is for legitimate questions.

I'm right along with you- If these kids are pregnant at young ages- Their kids are going to be handed over for adoption- And think of how the kids that were born are going to think of there parents- Kids have gone crazy with sex these days.

Parents shouldn't buy teens chastity belts. However, 13 year olds should not be having sex.
