braxton hicks are irregular and usually go away with walking. it's normal to have braxton hicks around that time in your pregnancy.
if they are regular cramps and are getting closer together or you think your water has broken, or you have bloody discharge, you need to go in and get checked.

IF THERE IS NO BLOODY DISCHARGE ITS PROBABLY BRAXTON HICKS (FALSE LABOR) BUT IF THE PAIN IS TOO BAD GO TO THE HOSPITAL BETTER SAFE THAN SORRY
