Counting til next Christmas
It's been two christmases
you never failed to bring
tears not of joy nor peace
but of misery and gloom
shrouded by darkness
forever loomed
i scream for the old times
not too long ago..
before two christmases that was
but no longer...no more..
bitter whiperings on christmas eves
and spiritless prayers for ease
If i count the days for the third of this
Might i find a reason to wait atleast?

What can I say to you? If your the girl in your aviator picture. I have got such a crush on you. I have my paints and arrow paint brushes in my closet right now, but I must be in love with you. because I honestly wont paint your portrait ,unless you said it was OK. So I will just remain your secret admirer.

i like it and it doesn't have to rhyme. so many people are writing extremely depressing things and calling them christmas poems, but yours actually mentions christmas, and reflects that it isn't a happy time for everyone. it flows nicely and if you read it aloud properly it could be a slam poem. great job and happy christmas.
