Well it depends on the person themselves if the person was actually sober and not just trying to let you buy them a drink to get drunk. I myself wouldnt buy them a drink because there are bouncers in the clubs that are pretty strict when it comes to underage drinking. Wouldnt want to risk my chance of getting arrested.

No. I don't need the hassles from the cops for contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Also, if the person whom I bought liquor for, is involved in a traffic accident, I can be held liable both criminally and civilly. (Meaning I could go to prison and have my house taken away in a lawsuit.) It's just not worth it.

um, I'm a girl, so i dont buy guys drinks. i think its kinda weird, but if i had a friend younger than me I'd buy some liquor for their party.

No. I rarely drink myself, so I see no need to buy liquor (even illegally for underage ones) if I won't be buying it for myself.

I want to know why someone can be drafted to war or tried as an adult for a crime before being allowed to have a drink. "You're mature enough to be forced into war, and we'll give you this hefty adult sentence for that murder you committed last week, but it's going to be another three years before you can touch alcohol."

well yeah. it would be the clubs fault , wouldn't it. When it is an over /under crowd don't they seperate their areas?

it depends if those minors are hangin with me and under my responsability. and if the girl strikes me as mature enough and willing to be driven by me... but that's a long shot.
