I feel guilty when I watch porn or masturbate and I also feel guilty when I have sex with my fiance. Why would I feel guilty about sexual activities? What can I do to change this? And this is a serious problem for me.

You shouldn't feel guilty. Sex is a beautiful part of life. If sex was something to feel guilty about God wouldn't make it feel so good. Embrace yourself and your desires and enjoy them. We live this life to enjoy it. Stop associating sex and sexual activities as something bad and start associating it with beauty and love. If your heart is clean, then nothing else matters. After every sexual encounter give thanks and you will start to feel better about it. Feel free to feel good. :)

I hate whatif's answer, what does he think we should do herione, it feels good to, why would god give us herione if it wasn't a beautiful part of life? Damn fools. That aside, buddy he is right on one thing, you need to associate some deeper feelings with what your doing. Naturally we should increase in intellegence, wisdom, and feelings, this increases the emtoinal fulfillment that we get out of lifes little joys. Your most likly to obessed with the sex to see the deeper things in life that you FEEL. So your minds trying to drive you there, but your fighting it. Get your head out of your butt, and find a deeper path. If not, get use to guilt.....
