The only real Crime in the United States is getting caught;
the thief has a up and coming career in supply and demand,
of Computor componets; and scrap prices are up also as an option.

What most consider to be Thieves, are Federal Tax Custom Agents; most indiviguals with access to materials that can create monies, are accustomed to high standardts of living,
and are agents of Greed and Capitalism. They are here for a good time, and a short time.***END***

There is a threshold in value above which
petty theft becomes a felony.
Find out what it is in the subject jurisdiction.
If you're discussing "high end electronics", it's
a good bet you're past it.
