Leave your fish right where they are. Start changing the water - 25% maximum, every 3 days. Use tap water that has been treated with a dechlorinator and is approximately the same temperature as the tank water.

Cloudy water is usually caused by a bacterial bloom, which is usually triggered by excess ammonia - which means adding too many fish before the biological filter could catch up or just not doing water changes at all.

Check your tank water for ammonia, nitrite, nitrate and pH levels. Your ammonia and nitrites should be 0, your nitrates should be below 40 ppm and your pH should be somewhere between 6.8-8.0

It won't harm your fish to move them to a bowl for 10 minutes, but if you are thinking about draining the 10 gallon tank and adding all new water, don't. The only reason to do a complete water change is in the case of an emergency - like you dropped soap or something just as toxic into the water.

Keep doing the partial water changes until your water clears up.

Your fish would survive just fine, however the cloudiness will come back within a few days and any progress you have made in cycling your tank will be lost. Never take a tank completely apart to "clean" it,this is "goldfish technology" and not suitable for caring for tropical fish.
I'm assuming that you have a filter system, if you don't you will need one eventually.
In any case the correct way to proceed is to begin doing 20% water changes every few days(maybe even everyday). The correct way to do a 20% water change is to siphon out 20% of the water while sucking as much of the un-eaten food and crap off of the bottom as you can. The next step is to replace the old water with clean water that has been treated for Chlorine and is the same temperature as the water in the tank. Repeat this process until the water becomes clear. It may take weeks for this to happen. Be patient. Resist the impulse to change more than 20% of the water at one time. If you do it will be stressful to your fish. The cloudiness is caused by a "bacteria bloom" and no amount of cleaning (or any sort of filter) will end it. When the bacteria consume what ever it is that they are feeding on they will disappear like magic,it will just take some time.

Sure you could, but do you know how to properly clean a tank? Also, how long has your tank been set up? Cloudy water is a normal part of cycling, and if your tank is new, the cloudyness probably won't go away for a few weeks.

Don't do a 100% water change or clean the gravel and decorations, as these have important bacteria on them.

Cleaning a 10 gallon tank shouldn't even require you to take out your fish at all. Just get a gravel siphon and change 25% of the water that way. The fish can stay in the tank during this process, and in fact it's better that they do since netting and changing tanks is very stressful.
