to set the clock turn the ignition key ON with the radio OFF. there are two horizontal buttons on the right side of the radio next to the tuner knob. The lower one says Scan/RPT on it and it should say "clock" under it. Press and hold that button in until it beeps (about 5 seconds)

once you hear the beep you can use the radio preset buttons #4 to set the hours and #5 to set the minutes.

when you have the time set, press the scan button (or whatever it says on it) again and hold it until it beeps.

if your radio doesn't have a cd player there will only be one horizontal button on the right of the radio station preset buttons; that is the button to push and hold.

then you're done.

I have a 2003 civic and I had to hold that horizontal button in while i set the hours and minutes

the better way to do this is to take it your regular maintenance or just read your car manual. it should tell you how. good luck.
