Carat Total Weight probably. It is an abbreviation I do not use.

A carat is defined as a weight already.
Carat : the international unit of measurement for gem weight. One carat equals 1/5 of a gram (Source : GIA, and guidelines of FTC on diamond weight).

We use the following :
Ct to express the weight of 1 diamond.

Total Weight is defined as the total weight of the diamonds in a piece of jewelry that only contains diamonds.

In case the piece of jewelry contains diamonds and other gems, we speak of Total Gem Weight.

Hope this helps
