Ryan Leaf is a great choice. Even worse than Rex Grossman.

Ryan Leaf has got to be worse...

At the very least Rex was in the Super Bowl...

Not only was Leaf horrible, he was given chances to start by 3 different teams (San Diego, Tampa, Dallas) before the NFL found out he was a lost cause... He was not only a terrible QB, he was also a complete and total JERK to everyone (teammate, media, fans, etc.) who made the mistake of coming within 10 feet of him... Horrible QB, Horrible Human being, a Joke of a career that lasted all of 5 years, complete with 2 botched comebacks...

Leaf also had MAJOR buzz coming into the 1998 Draft, there were actually questions about whether Leaf or Peyton Manning would be the better selection!!! The Chargers wasted a 1st round 2nd pick on him and he turned out to be one of the (if not the worst) mistake in Chargers history...

Ryan Leaf has my vote 100%

On the flip side, imagine if Indy would have drafted Leaf...lol

Jonathan Gregory's Dad - Rex is not the worst QB to start in a Super Bowl... I'm giving that title to Rich Gannon against Tampa Bay... what was that like a 5 INT game? Gannon threw a Super Bowl record 5 interceptions, three of which were run back for touchdowns, in a 48-21 rout by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. No way Rex was worse than that, right? It's gotta be Gannon...

The Axeman - It's called plagiarism unless you site 'wikipedia'... lol

If we could turn back the clocks and have Rex and Tom Brady switch places....this question could very well look like:

Has there, in this millenium, been a worse NFL starting (not anymore) quarterback than Tom Brady?

Grossman's numbers are pretty pathetic....but look at the Bears offense and coaching.

Orton, Redman, Boller, and Grossman, in all probability precise the record. Carr and Simms in all probability no longer plenty extra effectual. definite, a number of those arent cutting-edge starters, yet they have been or are atleast in a comeptetion to be.

well.. altho i'm a giants fan, i think that eli could be worse than him. (though i hate to admit it) dont worry. there are a lot more bad qb's than rex grossman. he may be the worse starting qb playing in a superbowl but thats a difference story.
