I'd like a monkey or chimp. It can be trained to do all kinds of neat tricks, run simple errands for you and walk your dog:

I would go for the rare lizard. :)
After that the tiger cub (keeping in mind it will not be a cub forever and you will be expected to still care for it), snake, and then monkey (I would never keep a pet monkey.. they can make very nasty pets).
All of these would need plenty of research beforehand, and some would be a lot of work and special requirements. :P

Snakes are gross.
Lizards are pretty close to snakes.
3/4 of monkey species are ugly looking.
That leaves only the tiger cub which are really cute and it would be fun to play rough with them, although I don't know how long you would want to keep it for. Even a trained tiger/lion/bear (oh my) would likely go nuts and rip you to shreds at some point.

Tigers are NOT pets.
Not a big fan of monkeys.
Already have the snake and the rare lizard. :)

I'd have to go with a snake. monkeys are to messy, tigers belong free and in the wild, take a lizard to, as long as it isn't a gecko. They draw blood

Easy one! Tiger Cub, it's cute, lol....If it was tame, and if it was used to humans enough that it'd cuddle up next to you, then I know what i'd be giving my girlfriend for her birthday! =D
