Try Vaseline. According to the link below, it works, and it's not toxic.
Here's a quote from that site:
"Have you ever gotten superglue all over your fingers and had to live with it for two weeks as it wore off? There is a simple way to take it off, but first let me tell you a story.
When my wife worked in the ER of a large county hospital in Dallas she saw a lot of very strange cases. One of the most interesting was the guy who came in with his eyes closed. Evidentially his wife had accused him of looking at other women and they got into a fight. Some how he decided that he could prove that he wasn’t looking at other women by super gluing his eyes closed. (I am not making this up.)
After the glue dried he began to think it wasn’t such a great idea and got some people to drive him to the emergency room. My wife said the doctors and nurses laughed at him for awhile and then gave him Vaseline to rub in his eyes.
Petroleum will break down super glue, so you can easily remove it with gasoline. However a less flammable and less dangerous solution is to use Vaseline to rub the hardened glue off your fingers."

For skin bonded together with Super Glue soak the affected areas in warm soapy water. After a few minutes peel or roll the skin apart. If you have trouble with this try using tools such as a pencil or a spatula. After this remove the cured Super Glue with warm soapy water. This may take several applications.

As long as you're not glued to anything, just
let it be. The normal shedding of skin will let
it come off pretty soon.
Avoid nail polish remover. (carbon tetrachloride),
unless you really need to remove the glue.
(The stuff is mildly toxic you know.)

If you have nail polish remover or rubbing alcohol in the house, that can help to weaken the glue and get it off.

it will dissolve in acetone. DO NOT try to pull your fingers apart. the glue will pull yours skin off. one use of super glue related glues is in the place of stitches. it will disolve in hot water and soap, but not as quickly as with acetone.

Nail polish remover works best. You may want to soak your stuck finger in it for a bit of time. and be careful to not pull too hard, work it out gently.
