I don't know about you but I am rather attached to my children as they didn't just get delivered by the stork or get found in a cabbage patch. It was darn hard work bringing them into the world and have to running around after them ever since. This tends to make one rather protective of them.

I'm pretty sure that God said that it was unnatural for humans to get with animals or anything else other than humans.

when God made us he gave us a family arrangement.
WE have parents who love us and take care of us and we take care of them.
He gave us loving attatchments to help us to learn to love other people.
He thought putting love in our hearts would make us better people. What do you think?

For survival. If we weren't attracted to each other, there would be no human race. Adam and Eve would never have procreated, and humanity would have stopped right there, to use a biblical metaphor.
