It's a phone that my parents got me! It's so ugly and I hate it!
I wanna break down and cry. But i can't tell them that so what am i supposed to do?

Stop being a whinebucket and say thank you that your parents even remembered to get you anything at all. Use the phone and be happy with it. Just the fact that it was something that came from people who love you should make it the best phone in the world.
You know what MY kid got this year? I found some sticks in my yard and used them to hand carve a set of swords. I varnished and shined them. My son absolutely loved them. It's all I could afford this year. Spending time with your family is the real present, not getting a specific phone so that you can be like everyone else.

It's their present to you;they might be offend /hurt if you'll tell them that you don't like it.In a nice way;try to tell them you don't like the color or the style and ask them where did they bought it so that you can exchange it for another color;if you're there already; change that to something you want at the same price as of the phone that your parents gave you as a present.MERRY CHRISTMAS.

Why would you open it so early?
Do you really care about gifts on Christmas? man people need to realize that Christmas is about spending time with your family and being happy.
What should you do? Well act surprised and say thank you!............its the thought that matters.

Tell them that it has features that you don't need, but is missing some that you would like. Maybe they will help you exchange it for one that you really want. In any event, you owe them a gracious thank you. After all, they're trying to make you happy.

I guess if you cant tell them, act like you like it. On the flip side, tell them it does not have the features you wanted, but you love them for trying, and appreciate that they got it?

keep it but never use it... that way they'll think that you do like it, but secretly you don't!
I recently opened up some clothing that I got for a christmas present, and all the clothes were for a 10 yrs. old... and I'm nearly 16!
