Try going to the website of the Laptop mfg. and type in a search engine. Still under warrenty? Ask tech support. Hope you get it answered.

Hello I know the answer it is because somebody is getting in to your computer and he is taking files check your files and figure out a way to kick him out and encrypt your data with a strong password too.

it means you've got spyware trying to get you to buy software. download and install spybot search & destroy:
